Illustrative conversation. Names and prices are made up.
Subscription fees only, over three years, at the entry prices below. Texting costs extra on top in most of them. With Relay you pay your carrier's own rate, straight to them.

| Entry price | $79 once | From $97 a month | Quote. Reported $450 to $600 a month | From $29 a month | Per-seat monthly plans |
GoHighLevel also connects your own Twilio and Mailgun accounts, so bringing your own carrier isn't the difference. The difference is the monthly fee and where your list lives.
Prices as published by or reported for each vendor in October 2026, so check them before you decide: GoHighLevel, Podium, SimpleTexting. Textline doesn't list one flat price. Podium's figure is a third-party estimate; bars use its low end. These are other companies' trademarks, used only to name them.
Two places, your choice. On your computer by default. In your own Google Drive with one click. There are no ad trackers and no analytics, on this page or in the app.
The default. Nothing to set up.
Optional. Your own Google account.
Don't take our word for it. This page uses no third-party fonts or scripts, and the panel shows every file it loaded, as your browser saw it.
One thing to know: a scheduled message or an AI reply while the app is closed waits on our server only until it's sent. The privacy page lists exactly what.
Her phone rings eleven times a day. Most of those calls land when her hands are full of grout. The ones she misses go to whoever answers next.
Here is what the same Tuesday looks like with Relay running. Every step below is a real feature that ships in the app today.
2:14 pm. On a ladder.
Missed-call text-back sends your reply the moment a call goes unanswered. If the caller leaves a voicemail it lands in the same thread, ready to read.
2:16 pm. She texts back.
The chatbot replies to texts and website chat even when the app is closed. It answers what you taught it, and hands the thread to you when a person asks for one.
Suggest a reply, make it shorter, friendlier or more formal, improve it, or summarise a long thread. The chips sit right above the message box.
Click a chip. This is a demo of the real feature.
Thursday, 10 am. Booked.
Share one booking link. Customers see only the hours you're free, and the confirmation and reminders go out by text without you.
Friday. The week is half empty.
Collect sign-ups everywhere customers already are, group them, and send one campaign with a check before it goes.
Build "if this, then that" with branches. They run with the app closed.
Two weeks later.
Ask happy customers for a review the day after the job. Then see what's working, and send the rest of your tools the news.
Then her cousin asks. Then six more.
Add your team with roles that match the job. If you run marketing for other businesses, give each one a separate workspace with its own numbers and data.
US carriers filter business texts from numbers that aren't registered (A2P). Approval can take days to a couple of weeks, and most rejections come down to one small thing. Relay gets your answers ready and tells you where you stand.
Marisol's Tile sends appointment reminders and replies to customers who ask for a quote. Customers opt in on our web form. Reply STOP to opt out.
Relay reads your status from Twilio and warns you before you text a number that isn't approved.
Codes stack. One is enough for most businesses. Agencies add more.

Yes. That's how the price stays low and your list stays yours. A registration guide walks you through carrier approval for US business texting (A2P), and writes your answers from your business details.
On your own computer by default, or in your own Google Drive if you choose that. Scheduled sends and AI replies while the app is closed need a small amount of data on our server for as long as the job is waiting. The privacy page lists exactly what.
